I’ve wanted to do this for a long time. This is Volume 1 of my beginner piano series: Childhood. We all had songs that mean something special to us when we were kids. These are some of mine.

These songs were arranged to be used for beginning to more advanced students. Every song has at least 1 (or as many as six) variations that are graded. The student can select one or more variations if they are more advanced and up for a challenge, or the beginning student can play just the theme.

This iconic song transcends eras. Though it was released in 1974 on Lynyrd Skynyrd’s debut album, it’s still a popular request for cover bands.
This arrangement was written in response to a harpist saying “every gig I play, I get asked to play Free Bird. It would be nice to have a version that has all of the iconic parts in it.

And they are all here. From the grand opening chords, to the piano intro, the opening guitar solo, the melody, the blazing guitar solo, and the final hits (complete with drum fills), this harp solo will leave your audience speechless.

I hope you enjoy this beautiful pedal harp arrangement of Lonestar’s longest-lasting number one single and biggest hit, “Amazed!” (It is one of only two country songs in the 2000s decade to hit number one on the Hot 100!)
